POLICY AND INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This personal data protection policy governs and concerns the collection and processing of your personal data collected during the use of the products and services of the company under the name "ERGOFIL S.A. Trading, Manufacturing and Installation of Crystals" and the distinctive title "ERGOFIL S.A.", which is based in Metamorfosi Attikis, Tatoiou Street no. 53, has a VAT number. 099937790, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “ERGOFIL”), in accordance with applicable national legislation and Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation” or “GDPR”).

1. Protection of Personal Data - “GDPR”

1.ERGOFIL collects personal data of the user when using the website and the individual applications, to the extent that the user indicates such personal data (e.g. via the "Preferred date" form or via the online contact form). These personal data provided by the user are used by ERGOFIL e.g. to respond to requests, to contact the customer or to process and execute his orders. ERGOFIL collects, processes and uses the personal data provided online only for the stated purposes.

2. ERGOFIL may request personal data of the customer if the customer contacts ERGOFIL via the website and transmits personal data during the communication. The data collected in this context are stored by ERGOFIL and are used to process the customer's request.

ERGOFIL retains the personal data collected for the above purposes for as long as the data subject's contract with ERGOFIL or the third company is in force. If there is a reason to retain the data for a longer period of time, such as in the case of legal issues, litigation or other reason, we will specifically inform you.

We do not collect more information than is necessary, nor information that is not related to the intended purposes of use.
