The set of services, elements and mechanisms that make the B2B operation offered on this page by the Company possible is defined as "service" or "web service" or "system" or "web" or "website". The natural or legal person who uses this service is defined as "customer" or "user".

This web service is not intended for individuals or end consumers. Access to this service is not free. Appropriate security mechanisms have been created to guarantee that only customers who have previously registered in the system for various system services will be able to access it.

The parameters and individual agreements that concern and regulate the commercial transaction between the user and ERGOFIL, such as, for example, the price of the products, their transportation, other terms and agreements, have been agreed in advance and prior to the use of this website between the user and ERGOFIL and are independent of the use of this website.

If a user wishes to discontinue or cancel the ability to use the web service, he may request it exclusively by email, by sending a relevant email to the email address info@ergofil.gr. Upon receipt of this email, any transactions between the Company and the user will be cleared and the service for that user will then be terminated.

Access to the services of this system is provided exclusively to authorized users. Access to unauthorized users is expressly prohibited. Unsuccessful attempts to access the service are recorded and periodically checked by the Company's security officers. These access attempts may be the subject of an investigation in order to identify illegal actions. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against such actions.
